1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of The NetSys Group Inc. (“NetSys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our Services
NetSys provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, disaster recovery, and AI enablement services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, service levels, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement, statement of work, or proposal between you and NetSys. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Month-to-Month; No Long-Term Contracts
Our managed-services engagements are provided on a month-to-month basis unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Either party may end an ongoing month-to-month engagement with reasonable written notice as described in the applicable service agreement. Ending an engagement does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination (including fees for services already rendered).
4. Website Use & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, probe or scan our infrastructure without written authorization, or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
Free security assessments and any complimentary on-site penetration test are performed only with the explicit authorization of the organization being tested and are subject to a separate scope and authorization agreement.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from NetSys related to your inquiry and, where applicable, scheduling, service updates, and account information. These messaging terms apply:
- Program. Messages are sent by or on behalf of The NetSys Group. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact 845-203-3914.
- Not a condition of service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our handling of mobile opt-in data — including that it is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing — is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The website and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by NetSys or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
