Can we start with just one service?

Yes, and most clients do. A common entry point is the free external penetration test or a single pain point like Microsoft 365 management; because agreements are month to month, you can widen or narrow the scope as the relationship proves itself.

How does pricing work?

We quote per business, after looking at your environment, rather than publishing a rate card — and we publish exactly how a quote is built, what sits inside the monthly fee, and what gets billed separately on our managed IT pricing page. No long-term contracts.

Do you replace our internal IT person?

Only if you want that. Co-managed IT is built for the opposite: your person keeps their projects and relationships while NetSys adds 24/7 monitoring, the security stack, after-hours coverage, and an escalation path behind them.
