Does our Microsoft 365 license already include Power Automate?

Some Microsoft 365 plans include limited Power Automate capabilities. Premium connectors, custom connectors, unattended desktop automation and additional capacity can require different licensing. The appropriate arrangement depends on the flow and how it runs. Is Power Automate the same as AI workflow automation?

No. A flow can follow explicit rules without generating or interpreting content with AI. For example, a submitted form can request approval and notify a team when the decision is recorded. AI may be useful for a separately defined step, but it adds its own accuracy, data and review requirements. Choose the process and required behavior first, then the technology.

Can you connect our accounting, CRM or legacy application?

We first check whether the system exposes the required connector operations or a suitable API and whether your plan permits their use. An available connector may still lack a needed action. On-premises access, a custom connector or desktop automation can add infrastructure and maintenance requirements; those are separately assessed before inclusion in the quote.
