What do these free IT assessments measure?

Each assessment is seven questions, written by the same NetSys engineers who run client networks, and scored the moment you finish. The cybersecurity assessment scores the fundamentals attackers actually probe first: MFA coverage, backup isolation and testing, patching cadence, email protection, and who is watching after hours. The AI readiness assessment looks at whether your data, tools, and workflows are in a state where automation would actually pay off — or just add noise. And the AI security assessment checks the newer risk surface: shadow AI use, company data drifting into public tools, and the policy gaps that let it happen.

What happens after you get your score?

You see your result band and the practical next steps right away, ranked by what would move your score most. When a result points at something worth a closer look, the deeper versions of these checks are an engineer-led security assessment and a free external penetration test — a remote test limited to information available to NetSys and the external scope agreed with you.
