An honest fit check

Which one fits your practice

When Rosie AI is the better fit

  • You want to set it up yourself today: it trains from your website and Google Business Profile, and its FAQ says setup can take as little as 10 minutes.
  • You want a published price and a trial first: plans start at $49 a month for 250 minutes, with a 7-day free trial and no contract.
  • You would rather move up a plan than pay per minute: its FAQ says going over moves you to the next plan at its standard price.
  • Your callers speak English or Spanish. Every plan handles both on every call.
  • You want to run it from your phone, with iOS and Android apps on every plan.

When NetSys is the better fit

  • You would rather have engineers scope, script and test the agent than set it up yourself.
  • Bookings and caller details must land in your calendar, CRM or intake system, with access limited to what the agent needs.
  • Handoffs, unavailable staff and failed transfers must be tested in a pilot before it answers your main line.
  • You handle patient or client information, so caller disclosure, recording notices and data handling need review before any live calls.
  • You want a month-to-month agreement and a quote, built from your own calls, that names every cost driver.

How Rosie AI answers calls

Rosie sells an AI answering service for small businesses as self-serve software. You add your website or Google Business Profile, Rosie learns your hours, services and basic details, and you confirm them, add FAQs and set the messages it should take. Then you forward your calls to the Rosie number it gives you, for every call or only after hours and overflow.

On a call it answers from that knowledge, takes the message your scenario asks for and screens out spam and sales calls. Depending on the plan, it texts a booking link or books into a connected calendar, and transfers callers who need a person. Each call is logged with a summary, transcript and recording, with a notice by email, text or its app.

Rosie AI pricing, explained

Rosie sells monthly plans with a minute allowance. Its pricing page, checked October 2026, lists Professional at $49 a month for 250 minutes, Scale at $149 for 1,000 and Growth at $299 for 2,000, with 2 months free on annual billing. Website chat is included on every plan; website texting is a $50 a month add-on with 25 conversations, then $1 each.

Features step up with the plan. Calendar booking, warm and live transfers and texting callers during a call start on Scale. Waterfall transfers, training documents, white-glove onboarding and priority support come with Growth. Going over does not add per-minute charges: its FAQ says you move up to the next plan at that plan's standard price, so running past 250 minutes on Professional puts you on Scale, at $149 a month, until you switch back.

What NetSys does differently

NetSys AI phone answering is an implementation and management service. We begin with your call log: what people call about, what a booking needs and which calls must always reach a human. Then we script the agent, connect only the systems it needs, with least-privilege access, and run it in shadow mode until the transcripts read right.

It takes your main line only after the pilot passes, with handoffs to your own staff and escalation rules your team controls. After launch, NetSys engineers monitor it and review conversations with you, month to month, typically for $150 to $300 a month, quoted after we review a sample of your calls.

Before you choose

Compare both on the same week of calls. Count minutes as well as calls, since Rosie sizes its plans in minutes, and decide which calls must reach a person, because transfers start on its Scale plan. Medical, dental and legal offices should also settle where recordings and transcripts are kept, and for how long.
