Two AI automation practices worth comparing directly
They publish a managed AI automation page covering custom agents, workflow automation and system integration, designed, implemented and then managed for the client. That is the same territory we work in, and not many firms in either state publish it at all. Ours is led in house by Jamie Baum and opens with a readiness assessment before anything gets built, then Copilot rollouts and custom agents, and it sits inside the same monthly agreement as the security and help desk work instead of as a separate engagement. Publishing a capability and having shipped one are different things, and that is what to test.
Where the agreement stops being visible
Pricing follows an assessment on their side, and their FAQ describes a flat monthly rate set by users, devices and services, which is a fair and ordinary way to sell. What we could not find published anywhere was the contract length or the cancellation terms, and the same held for privileged access and privileged identity management. Neither absence tells you anything about how they run an engagement. It only means the question stays open until someone answers it. NetSys answers both in public: month to month with no exit penalty, and both controls in the base agreement.
