Put the two service pages side by side and the difference is structural. Computero itemizes the work: an office install, a cabling run, a VMware migration, a phone system, a firewall. You can see what you are buying and buy only that. NetSys writes one agreement instead, covering AI services, cybersecurity, managed IT with help desk, privileged access management, privileged identity management and disaster recovery planning, priced per business rather than per job. Neither shape is superior. A firm opening a second office wants the first one. A firm with a compliance officer usually wants the second.

We could not find published response-time commitments on their site, which is the part that decides whether a night outage waits for morning.
