Those are the questions people ask at four in the morning, and answering them in advance is most of the job. NetSys works the same way, with a written plan plus restores we perform and time. Their IT support page states the company is fully remote with a United States based in-house team. That is an honest model, and most managed work genuinely is remote, ours included: monitoring, patching, tenant administration and the help desk all run from systems rather than from a truck. The difference shows up on the days when remote is not enough. A failed switch, a server room move, a new office fit out, an insurance inspection. NetSys keeps one office, in Brooklyn, and sends its own engineers across Long Island and the wider region for that work.
Which regulators each site names
Their cybersecurity page names HIPAA, NY DFS Part 500, SEC and FINRA including Reg S-P, and IRS WISP. That list was written for advisors, accountants and insurance agencies, and if you are one of those, their material will read like it was meant for you. When MJN Technology is the better choice
MJN Technology is the better call for a Long Island wealth advisor, CPA or insurance agency running on laptops and cloud tenants, where almost nothing needs a person in the room. Their AI page is unusually practical about governance too: tools bought under business controlled accounts, human checkpoints on automated work, and written guidance on what data staff may put into a chatbot. If an examiner has ever asked you that question, read it.
When NetSys is the better choice
We are the better answer when the environment has weight to it: servers in a closet, a warehouse floor, a second location, or an obligation like CMMC 2.0 or SOC 2 that needs a practice behind it.
