Publishing that is a good sign, because you can read the clause before a salesperson explains it. It also means the exit is a date on a calendar, and dates like that are easy to miss. NetSys agreements are month to month. There is no notice period to diary and no penalty for leaving, which puts the pressure on us every thirty days.
A published SLA against a written one
Five priority tiers, each with a guaranteed response time and a target response time, published on a page anyone can open. That is more than most firms in this market put in public, and if you are the person who has to defend a vendor choice to a board, it is genuinely useful. NetSys writes response commitments into the agreement instead, so you get them in the document you sign rather than on a page that can be edited. Either way, ask what happens when a target gets missed, because that part is rarely published by anyone.
A certification against framework coverage
CMMC Level 2, assessed by an authorized C3PAO against all 110 controls in NIST 800-171, is a real credential with a real cost of entry, and NetSys does not hold it. If your contracts carry defense flow down, that difference settles the question on its own. Where the obligation is something else, the comparison changes. For a five hundred person business, that scale is the argument.
