That is a genuine service line with a page behind it. NetSys runs its own practice in house, led by Jamie Baum: readiness assessments, Copilot rollouts, custom agents and workflow automation. The question worth putting to either firm is where the work stops. One approach configures the Microsoft stack you already own. Ours does that and then builds what the stack does not cover.
Compliance aimed at different regulators
For a Maryland manufacturer feeding the defense supply chain, the CMMC Registered Practitioner Organization designation on the XPERTECHS site is the fact that matters, and it is a real credential to buy against. Their promotions page ties an offer to organizations that sign an annual XperCARE agreement, so an annual term is the shape published on their site. An annual term is ordinary in this industry and it buys a provider room to plan. NetSys works month to month with no early-exit penalty, because we would rather re-earn the account every thirty days than hold it. The two questions that decide this are the notice period and who owns the documentation on the way out.
