Managed IT Services in Chandler, AZ

Chandler's economy runs on chips and finance: Intel's Ocotillo fabs, Microchip's headquarters, and large Wells Fargo, Bank of America and PayPal operations on the Price Corridor. The smaller firms around them need IT that holds up to a customer's security questionnaire. NetSys runs that environment remotely from Brooklyn for one monthly fee per user.

The short answer

NetSys provides managed IT services to Chandler, Arizona businesses: the help desk, monitoring and patching through NinjaOne, ThreatDown managed detection and response, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, restore-tested backups, network and firewall management, documentation and vendor management, under one per-user monthly fee set after an assessment. The service is remote and cloud-based from our Brooklyn office. NetSys does not send engineers on site in Chandler; computers arrive enrolled in Windows Autopilot and firewalls ship configured. Agreements run month to month, with a dedicated account manager.

How managed IT is delivered in Chandler

We run a Chandler company's IT from Brooklyn through the same cloud consoles a large enterprise uses: NinjaOne for every computer and server, Intune for device policy, Entra ID for sign-in, the Microsoft 365 admin center for mail and files, and the Meraki or Fortinet dashboard for the firewall. NetSys does not send engineers on site in Chandler. A replacement laptop ships to the user preconfigured, and a new firewall ships with its rules loaded and goes live once someone in your office connects two cables. For a suite in the Airpark Area or an industrial unit in West Chandler, cabling and rack work go to a contractor you hire, working from a specification we write. Large changes are scheduled in your evening, after the production or office day ends. Monitoring runs 24/7 from Brooklyn, and so does emergency service. Our staffed help-desk hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time, seven days a week. The proposal states severe-incident escalation, authorized remediation and any other after-hours work.

Managing the vendors as well as the computers

In a Chandler company of 20 to 100 people, IT problems often sit between vendors. The ERP partner says it is the network, the carrier says the circuit is clean, and the phone provider points at the firewall. Managed IT ends that loop: we hold the contracts, account numbers and support contacts in IT Glue, open the ticket with whichever vendor is at fault, hand them the logs that prove it and stay on until it is closed. Renewals get the same attention. We track license counts, warranty dates and subscription terms, cancel what nobody uses and give you 90 days' notice before anything large expires. Each quarter you receive a roadmap with the next twelve months of spending, so a firewall or server replacement arrives as a budget line rather than an emergency.

Five employment corridors, three kinds of network

Chandler's economic development office counts five employment corridors with 2,761 businesses and 103,540 jobs, and manufacturing makes up 20 percent of the city's employment, the highest share among the Valley's ten largest cities. The Price Corridor holds the large campuses: Intel with about 10,000 employees across its Chandler sites, Wells Fargo with 5,500, Bank of America with 3,600 and Northrop Grumman in a 633,000-square-foot building. The Airpark Area around Chandler Municipal Airport, the fastest-growing corridor with 506 businesses and 14,470 jobs, mixes flex and industrial space with Insight Enterprises' headquarters. West Chandler has Microchip's headquarters and light industrial parks, and Uptown Chandler has NXP's fab alongside offices and retail. We size each network to its building: segmented production networks in industrial units, Wi-Fi designs for open offices and backup circuits everywhere.

Working inside the semiconductor supply chain

Intel has announced more than $32 billion for two new fabs and a modernized one at its Ocotillo campus, and Fab 52 is now open. Edwards and EMD Electronics have opened Chandler factories nearby, and Applied Materials has announced a facility of its own. A small supplier to that chain carries big-customer expectations: security questionnaires, controls on drawings and process data, and in some cases DFARS and NIST SP 800-171 clauses. Managed IT gives you the answers. Engineering and production computers sit on their own network segments, file access follows the customer and the project, sign-in uses phishing-resistant multifactor authentication where the systems allow it, and every change is logged. When a customer sends its annual questionnaire, the evidence already exists in IT Glue and in the reports from ThreatDown and Microsoft 365.

Banking and payments operations, and the rules around them

Chandler also has a large financial services workforce, including a PayPal customer service center on the Price Corridor with more than 1,600 employees. For the lenders, mortgage brokers, fintech vendors and agencies working in that sector, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act sets the frame. Financial companies the FTC regulates must meet its Safeguards Rule: a written security program overseen by a qualified individual, risk assessments, multifactor authentication, encryption of customer information, staff training and oversight of service providers. Since May 2024 they must also tell the FTC within 30 days after discovering a breach of unencrypted data on 500 or more consumers. Arizona's A.R.S. 18-552 excludes firms subject to Title V of Gramm-Leach-Bliley, so the federal rule is the one that governs. We map each Safeguards requirement to a control we run and keep the records. This is general information, not legal advice.

Complete managed IT, cybersecurity and help desk for a 20-seat organization

A 20-seat organization handed NetSys the whole of its IT. Devices, network, Microsoft 365 and vendors came under one agreement with 24/7 monitoring and a named account manager; endpoint protection, multifactor authentication, email protection and tested backups went onto all twenty seats; staff got a help desk with engineers on the other end; and every new hire now goes through a defined onboarding process with recurring phishing training. The write-up is limited to the scope delivered, with no outcome figures claimed.

What managed IT costs in Chandler

Managed IT is priced per user per month for a fully managed agreement, and the number moves with four things more than with headcount: how many servers you run, whether you need after-hours coverage beyond monitoring, how much compliance documentation you carry, and whether we are co-managing alongside an internal person or running everything. We quote from an assessment, not a phone call, and the agreement runs month to month. What belongs in the monthly fee versus what is billed separately is set out on our managed IT pricing page.

How the monthly fee is built

Who this fits, and who it does not

Best fit: 10 to 75 employees, one or two offices plus remote staff, already on Microsoft 365 or ready to move there, and either no internal IT or one person who is underwater.

Common Questions

Managed IT Services in Chandler: FAQs

How much do managed IT services cost in Chandler, AZ?

Managed IT is billed per user per month, and the rate comes from an assessment rather than a public price list. In Chandler the biggest variables are usually the production, lab or engineering computers that need their own patch rules, servers still running in the building, the number of sites, compliance evidence for a customer questionnaire, the FTC Safeguards Rule or NIST SP 800-171, and after-hours work beyond the monitoring that is always included. Hardware, licenses and projects are quoted separately, and the agreement runs month to month.

How does managed IT work for Chandler organizations?

Remotely. Onboarding runs over Teams calls and remote sessions, and day-to-day support comes from engineers in Brooklyn by phone, email or Teams. Monitoring and emergency service run 24/7; the help desk is staffed seven days a week from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time. NetSys does not send engineers on site in Chandler. Laptops and network equipment ship configured, and any cabling or rack work goes to a contractor you choose. For a 20-seat office the full transition usually takes three to four weeks, with staff changes kept to a new sign-in prompt and one help desk number.

What is included in a managed IT plan for a Chandler business?

Everything needed to run the environment day to day: the help desk for every user, NinjaOne monitoring and patching, ThreatDown endpoint detection and response with people reviewing alerts, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune administration, email protection, security awareness training, backups with tested restores, firewall, switch and Wi-Fi management, IT Glue documentation and management of your vendors and renewals. A dedicated account manager runs a quarterly review with a twelve-month budget. Purchases of hardware and software, and projects such as a new building fit-out, are quoted separately.

Can you work with our ERP and manufacturing software vendors?

Yes. We do not replace the vendor's support for the application itself, but we own everything around it: the server or cloud subscription it runs on, the network path to the shop floor, sign-in and permissions, backups of its database and the certificate or license renewals that tend to expire without warning. When something fails we gather the logs, decide whether the fault is ours or theirs, open the ticket with the vendor if it is theirs and stay on until it is resolved. Upgrades are planned with the vendor and scheduled outside production hours.

Do Chandler defense suppliers need CMMC certification now?

Not as a condition of award for the moment. On July 13, 2026 the Department of War suspended CMMC Phase 2, which would have required third-party Level 2 certification from November 10, 2026, and put Phases 3 and 4 on hold while a reform task force reviews the program. What still applies: Level 1 and Level 2 self-assessments, a current SPRS score and affirmation, DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 Revision 2. A supplier to Northrop Grumman or another prime should keep its controls and system security plan current. This is general information, not legal advice.
