Managed IT Services in Corona, CA

Corona's fabricators, beverage and instrument makers, paving and framing contractors and medical offices need one managed service provider that owns the whole IT picture. NetSys takes over the help desk, security, Microsoft 365, backups, the network and your technology vendors, and runs them remotely from Brooklyn for a monthly fee per user.

The short answer

NetSys provides managed IT services to Corona, California businesses: NinjaOne monitoring and patching for every computer and server, ThreatDown MDR, Microsoft 365 and Intune management for laptops, phones and tablets, Datto or Veeam backups proven with test restores, firewall and Wi-Fi management, and handling of your carriers and software vendors, all for one per-user monthly fee after an assessment. The work is remote and cloud-based; we have no engineers on site in Corona and send none. Engineers staff the help desk from 1 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific every day, and monitoring and emergency service run 24/7.

How managed IT is delivered in Corona

We run your environment from Brooklyn through the tools that make remote management practical. NinjaOne reports the health and patch level of every computer and server, ThreatDown and Microsoft Defender for Business watch for attacks, Intune manages laptops, phones and tablets, and IT Glue keeps the network diagrams, vendor contacts and procedures any of our engineers needs to pick up a problem. NetSys does not send engineers to Corona plants, yards or offices. Equipment ships configured: laptops through Windows Autopilot, firewalls and access points with their settings already loaded, so your staff or your cabling contractor connects them and we confirm each one online. Maintenance happens in agreed windows in Pacific time, placed around shift changes and pour days, and your account manager reviews the results with you every quarter. Monitoring runs 24/7 from Brooklyn, and so does emergency service. Our staffed help-desk hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time (1 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific), seven days a week. The proposal states severe-incident escalation, authorized remediation and any other after-hours work.

Manufacturers along Railroad Street and North Main

Corona's industrial base runs along Railroad Street, Sixth Street and the North Main Street district, a 258-acre specific-plan area that includes a business park. Thermal Structures, which has made insulation blankets, heat shields and composite parts for aerospace since 1951 and holds AS9100 approval, works on Railroad Street; Fender employs about 900 people in its Corona operations; and Monster Energy keeps its headquarters in the city. Plants like these run an ERP, a quality-management system, machine controllers that cannot be patched and engineering files customers expect to stay private. Managed IT keeps the office and plant networks separate on the firewall, holds updates for validated equipment until they are tested, backs up drawings and quality records every night, and keeps an audit trail of who changed what. Customer audits then become a matter of exporting evidence, not reconstructing it.

Contractors and building trades

Construction is one of Corona's largest industries, and the city's employer list includes All American Asphalt and TWR Framing Enterprises. A contractor's IT is spread across the office, job trailers and every phone in the field: estimating and accounting software, a construction project-management platform, plan sets and submittals, timekeeping, and a pile of subcontractor insurance and safety documents. Under a managed agreement we put project files in SharePoint with permissions by job, so a subcontractor sees only the folder for their work and access ends when the job closes. Job trailers get a cellular router configured before it ships, managed in the same console as the office firewall. We also hold the vendor relationships, from the project-management platform's support desk to the carrier that installs the trailer line, and we chase them when something stalls.

Prado Dam, fires on the 91 and power shutoffs

Prado Dam, the flood-control dam on the Santa Ana River, is in Corona, and in May 2019 the Army Corps of Engineers raised its risk rating to high urgency because the spillway might perform poorly in a major flood. Fire is the more frequent threat. The Canyon Fire of September 2017 started beside the 91 at Coal Canyon Road on the Corona and Anaheim border and burned thousands of acres, and Canyon Fire 2 followed within weeks. In January 2025, ahead of the windstorm that drove the Los Angeles fires, Southern California Edison listed about 123,400 Riverside County customers for possible power shutoffs. Our continuity plan for a Corona company assumes the office is dark or unreachable: data in Microsoft 365 or replicated off site, a cellular failover on the firewall, battery backup for a clean shutdown and a written restore order.

What the first 30 days look like for a Corona company

In week one an engineer interviews the owner and whoever handles IT now, installs NinjaOne on every computer, enrolls phones and tablets, and gathers administrator credentials into Keeper. We read the firewall, the Microsoft 365 tenant and the backup history, and list every vendor and contract. Week two produces a written plan with costs, priorities and dates, and nothing changes until you sign off. Weeks three and four are the cutover, scheduled around production and pour schedules: ThreatDown replaces the old antivirus, multifactor sign-in is switched on account by account, the backup is proven with a real restore, and plant equipment moves to its own network segment. Staff learn one way to reach help. Then your account manager books the first quarterly review, where the roadmap and budget for the year are agreed.

Complete managed IT, cybersecurity and help desk for a 20-seat organization

What managed IT costs in Corona

Managed IT is priced per user per month for a fully managed agreement, and the number moves with four things more than with headcount: how many servers you run, whether you need after-hours coverage beyond monitoring, how much compliance documentation you carry, and whether we are co-managing alongside an internal person or running everything. We quote from an assessment, not a phone call, and the agreement runs month to month. What belongs in the monthly fee versus what is billed separately is set out on our managed IT pricing page.

How the monthly fee is built

Who this fits, and who it does not

Best fit: 10 to 75 employees, one or two offices plus remote staff, already on Microsoft 365 or ready to move there, and either no internal IT or one person who is underwater.

Common Questions

Managed IT Services in Corona: FAQs

Is NetSys a managed service provider for Corona businesses?

Yes. NetSys is a managed IT and cybersecurity provider founded in 1998, based in Brooklyn, NY, and it supplies IT services to Corona companies remotely. Managed IT, the help desk, cybersecurity, backups and IT consulting sit under one agreement that runs month to month, and 98% of our clients stay. You get a dedicated account manager with a real cell number, and severe problems such as ransomware, a dead internet circuit or email that stops working go straight to a dedicated engineer instead of a queue.

How does managed IT work for Corona organizations?

It is remote. We install agents on every computer and enroll phones and tablets over the network, take over Microsoft 365, Intune and the firewall, and run patching, monitoring and backups from Brooklyn. The help desk is staffed between 1 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific each day, and emergencies are answered at any hour. No engineer travels to Corona; new hardware arrives configured, and your staff, an equipment vendor or a local cabling contractor handles the physical side.

What is included in a managed IT plan for a Corona business, and what does it cost?

The plan includes the help desk, patching and monitoring, ThreatDown MDR, Microsoft 365 and device management, tested backups, firewall and Wi-Fi management, vendor management and a quarterly review with your account manager. It is priced per user per month after an assessment, and we do not publish a rate. Servers, plant equipment that needs special handling, compliance documentation such as NIST SP 800-171 evidence, and after-hours needs beyond monitoring move the fee more than headcount. Hardware and projects are quoted separately.

Can managed IT cover an aerospace supplier's NIST SP 800-171 obligations?

Yes, for the technical controls and the evidence. A supplier that handles controlled unclassified information still has to meet DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 Revision 2 and keep a current SPRS score, even though the Department of War suspended CMMC Phase 2 certification in July 2026. We define the boundary where that information lives, enforce it with Conditional Access and Intune, keep logs, and document each control in IT Glue. Your leadership signs the affirmation, so the evidence has to be real. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can you share the work with our in-house IT person?

Yes. In co-managed IT your person keeps what they know best, often the ERP, the plant systems and the relationships with users, while NetSys covers monitoring, patching, endpoint detection, backups and the nights and weekends. A written responsibility matrix says who owns each system, and both sides work from the same documentation in IT Glue and the same ticket history. That arrangement also gives a one-person IT department a second set of hands during a migration or an outage.
