NetSys vs. TeamLogic IT

TeamLogic IT has an office near almost everyone, including several near us. That reach is real. So is the thing reach cannot tell you: what the office in your town is like, who runs it, and what happens to your account when that changes.

The nationwide service, in full

The short answer

TeamLogic IT is a franchise with about three hundred offices, each run by a local franchisee under a California parent. NetSys is a single senior firm, the same team since 1998, with security, AI, PAM, PIM and DR planning in one month to month agreement. Franchise buyers choose an office; NetSys clients choose the firm.

What TeamLogic IT is

TeamLogic IT opened its first office in New York in 2005 and franchises from Mission Viejo, California, where its parent, Franchise Services, Inc., is based. At its twentieth anniversary the network counted roughly three hundred offices and more than fifteen hundred technicians. Each office is a locally owned franchise selling managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and backup from a shared national playbook.

Three hundred offices, or one

A franchise spreads a brand across owners; the owner in your territory is the business you are hiring. NetSys is one business. The engineers who run your network are the company, your account manager gives you a cell number, and the standard does not vary by zip code because there is only one of us.

The base agreement, whole

Franchise offerings are designed to be sold consistently by hundreds of offices, so they tend toward tiers and add-ons. Our monthly agreement carries the stack whole: cybersecurity, engineer-answered helpdesk, privileged access management, privileged identity management, disaster recovery planning with timed restores, and an in-house AI practice for automation and custom builds.

Proof, then terms

We start most engagements in our coverage areas with a free on-site penetration test, publish case studies with measured outcomes, and sign month to month against an industry norm of one to three year auto-renewing terms. Ask any office for its equivalents. Then compare.

Common Questions

NetSys and TeamLogic IT: FAQs

How is NetSys different from TeamLogic IT?

Structure. TeamLogic IT is a franchise network of about three hundred locally owned offices; NetSys is one firm with one team, in business since 1998. Our agreement includes cybersecurity, PAM, PIM, AI services and disaster recovery planning on month to month terms, and our on-site footprint is published rather than implied.

Does a national franchise mean better coverage than a boutique?

For the daily work, coverage is remote everywhere in the industry: monitoring, helpdesk, patching and security operations run from systems, not from a storefront. What a franchise office adds is a local owner; what NetSys adds is one accountable team. Our on-site engineer areas are published: the New York metro, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Southwest Florida and Palo Alto, with dispatch scoped in writing elsewhere.

What does switching from a TeamLogic office involve?

A planned handover: credentials and documentation collected, backups verified before cutover, monitoring run in parallel until we are satisfied. Franchise offices generally run standard tooling, which shortens the inventory. Month to month terms apply from the first invoice.
