Managed IT Services in Frisco, TX
Frisco keeps adding office space along the Dallas North Tollway, and companies moving in want IT that works on the first morning. NetSys is a managed service provider that runs the help desk, security, Microsoft 365, backups and vendors for Frisco businesses, remotely from Brooklyn, with a dedicated account manager and month-to-month terms.
The short answer
NetSys provides managed IT services to Frisco, Texas businesses: help desk, 24/7 monitoring and patching, ThreatDown managed detection and response, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, tested Datto or Veeam backups and management of carriers and software vendors, for a per-user monthly fee set after an assessment. Everything is delivered remotely and through the cloud from our Brooklyn office; NetSys does not send engineers on site in Frisco. The help desk is staffed 3 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central, seven days a week, with monitoring and emergency response at any hour.

How managed IT is delivered to Frisco businesses
Frisco companies get the same engineers, tools and documentation as every NetSys client, delivered over the network. Before a new office opens, we design the network from floor plans and the landlord's riser details, then ship the firewall, switches and access points with their configuration already loaded. The low-voltage contractor on your build-out mounts and cables them, and our engineer brings each device online remotely and checks Wi-Fi coverage while one of your staff walks the floor on a video call. Laptops go from the supplier to each employee enrolled in Intune and Windows Autopilot. After move-in, monitoring, patching and support all run from Brooklyn, and no NetSys engineer travels to Frisco. Monitoring runs 24/7 from Brooklyn, and so does emergency service. Our staffed help-desk hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time (3 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central), seven days a week. The proposal states severe-incident escalation, authorized remediation and any other after-hours work.
New offices on the Tollway: Hall Park, The Star and PGA Frisco
Much of Frisco's office growth sits along a few miles of the Dallas North Tollway. Hall Park, a 162-acre office park in the middle of a $7 billion redevelopment, already holds about 2.6 million square feet of offices and more than 180 companies. The Star, the Dallas Cowboys' 91-acre headquarters campus, and the PGA of America's headquarters at PGA Frisco brought hotels, offices and sports-medicine tenants with them, and mixed-use projects such as The Mix and Fields are adding more. A company leasing new space here usually orders internet during construction, and a late circuit can hold up an opening as easily as late furniture. AT&T Business, Spectrum Business, Astound Business and Frontier Business are options to check at your address; we order early and design for a second circuit.
Frisco's industries and what their IT looks like
The Frisco Economic Development Corporation reports that it supported 14 corporate relocations and expansions in fiscal 2025, expected to create or retain more than 3,100 jobs, among them SoFi, Toyota Financial Services, Deloitte, CohnReznick and LTIMindtree. The city's principal employers also include Frisco ISD, the Dallas Cowboys, hospital systems such as Baylor Scott & White, Keurig Dr Pepper and HCL Technologies. Those names describe the economy; they are not NetSys clients. The firms that grow around them are smaller: financial services offices on a loan or portfolio platform with a CRM, sports-medicine and physical therapy practices on an EHR, accounting and consulting offices, media and gaming studios moving large files, and property managers. Managed IT gives each one identity, devices, backups and vendor coordination fitted to that workload.
What the 2026 BridgePay outage showed about vendors
On February 6, 2026, a ransomware attack on BridgePay Network Solutions, a payment gateway used by local governments and merchants, took the City of Frisco's online utility payment portal offline. It stayed down for nearly a month; the city paused late fees and shutoffs and took payments through other channels until service resumed in early March. The attack hit the vendor, not the city's own network. That is the lesson for a business: an outage at a payment gateway, a hosted phone provider or a line-of-business vendor stops work as surely as a failed server. Our vendor management keeps a written list of those dependencies, the contract terms for breach notice, each vendor's escalation path and a fallback for each, tested before it is needed.
The first 30 days for a Frisco company
Day one is a kickoff call with whoever owns IT today and a list of everything that hurts. By the end of the first week the NinjaOne agent is on every device, the Microsoft 365 tenant and firewall have been reviewed, and IT Glue holds the inventory, licenses and vendor contacts. In week two you receive a written plan that prices each change and orders them by risk. Weeks three and four are the cutover, timed away from your busiest days: ThreatDown replaces whatever antivirus was there, multifactor authentication reaches every account, the backup is proven by restoring real data, and staff learn how to reach the help desk. For employees the visible changes are small: an authenticator prompt at sign-in and a single place to ask for help.

The security stack, included
- ThreatDown MDR and EDR on every workstation, laptop and server, monitored around the clock

Continuity and planning
- Immutable backups for servers and for Microsoft 365 itself, tested by restoring real data on a schedule

Complete managed IT, cybersecurity and help desk for a 20-seat organization
A 20-seat organization handed NetSys the whole of its IT. Devices, network, Microsoft 365 and vendors came under one agreement with 24/7 monitoring and a named account manager; endpoint protection, multifactor authentication, email protection and tested backups went onto all twenty seats; staff got a help desk with engineers on the other end; and every new hire now goes through a defined onboarding process with recurring phishing training. The write-up is limited to the scope delivered, with no outcome figures claimed.

What managed IT costs in Frisco
Managed IT is priced per user per month for a fully managed agreement, and the number moves with four things more than with headcount: how many servers you run, whether you need after-hours coverage beyond monitoring, how much compliance documentation you carry, and whether we are co-managing alongside an internal person or running everything. We quote from an assessment, not a phone call, and the agreement runs month to month. What belongs in the monthly fee versus what is billed separately is set out on our managed IT pricing page.
Who this fits, and who it does not
Best fit: 10 to 75 employees, one or two offices plus remote staff, already on Microsoft 365 or ready to move there, and either no internal IT or one person who is underwater.

Managed IT Services in Frisco: FAQs
Is NetSys a managed service provider for Frisco businesses?
Yes. NetSys is a managed service provider founded in 1998, with one office, in Brooklyn, NY, and it supports Frisco companies remotely. A managed agreement makes us responsible for the help desk, security, Microsoft 365, backups, the network and your IT vendors, with a dedicated account manager who carries a real cell number. Our client retention rate is 98%, and the agreement runs month to month, so staying is a decision you make each month rather than a contract term that holds you in place.
How does managed IT work for Frisco organizations?
Everything runs remotely and in the cloud. Devices report to NinjaOne, alerts go to ThreatDown's security operations center and our engineers, and Microsoft 365, Intune and the firewall are managed from Brooklyn. The help desk takes calls, email and Teams messages from 3 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central every day, and severe incidents reach a dedicated engineer at any hour. Because NetSys sends nobody to Frisco offices, hardware ships ready to plug in, and your staff or building contractor makes the physical connections while we watch the equipment come online.
What is included in a managed IT plan for a Frisco business?
The help desk for every user, 24/7 monitoring and patching of workstations and servers, ThreatDown managed detection and response, Barracuda email protection, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, backups with scheduled test restores, KnowBe4 security training and management of your carriers and software vendors. A quarterly review covers what broke, what was fixed, what is aging out and what next year's IT budget should hold. Projects such as an office build-out, a Windows 11 refresh or a cloud migration sit outside the monthly fee and are quoted once scoped.
How much do managed IT services cost in Frisco?
NetSys prices managed IT per user per month, and the figure is set after an assessment rather than read off a public price list. The drivers are concrete: the number of servers and cloud workloads, how many locations and firewalls you run, compliance work such as HIPAA documentation or a client security questionnaire, and whether you need coverage beyond the staffed help-desk hours. Hardware and licensing are quoted separately, and there is no long-term contract, so the price has to keep earning your business every month.
We are moving into a new Frisco office. Can NetSys set up the IT?
Yes, as a scoped project before the managed agreement takes over. We review the floor plan and the landlord's cabling and riser information, order internet circuits early because lead times vary by building, specify the firewall, switches, access points and conference-room equipment, and write a cabling plan your low-voltage contractor can price. Equipment ships to the new office pre-configured. On move weekend your contractor mounts and connects it, our engineers bring everything online remotely, and the help desk is ready Monday morning for anyone whose laptop, printer or phone does not cooperate.
