Managed IT Services in Henderson, NV
Henderson businesses range from medical offices on St. Rose Parkway to distribution buildings near the executive airport and agencies in Green Valley. NetSys runs their IT as a managed service: one per-user monthly fee for the help desk, security, Microsoft 365, backups and the vendors behind it all, run over the network from our office in Brooklyn.
The short answer
NetSys provides managed IT services to Henderson, Nevada businesses: engineers on the help desk, 24/7 monitoring and patching, ThreatDown endpoint detection with engineers responding to alerts, administration of Microsoft 365 and Intune, backups we restore on a schedule, and vendor management, all for a per-user monthly fee based on an assessment. Henderson is served remotely and through the cloud, without NetSys engineers on site; equipment ships configured and your staff or contractor plugs it in. The help desk is open to your staff daily from 1 a.m. until 8 p.m. Pacific, and the agreement renews monthly.

How managed IT is delivered in Henderson
Henderson offices are supported entirely over the network from Brooklyn, and no NetSys engineer works on site anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. That covers more ground than it sounds. Patches, antivirus, backups and alerts are handled through NinjaOne and ThreatDown; accounts, mailboxes and device policies through Microsoft 365 and Intune; and printer, scanner and Wi-Fi problems through remote sessions with the person at the desk. New laptops ship enrolled in Windows Autopilot, so a hire starting Monday in Green Valley opens the box, signs in and finds their apps and files waiting. A replacement firewall arrives configured for your Spectrum Business, Lumen or AT&T Fiber circuit, and an employee or your cabling contractor hooks it up while our engineer confirms it is passing traffic. Monitoring runs 24/7 from Brooklyn, and so does emergency service. Our staffed help-desk hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time (1 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific), seven days a week. The proposal states severe-incident escalation, authorized remediation and any other after-hours work.
Green Valley, Water Street and West Henderson
Henderson is Nevada's second-largest city, and its business districts ask different things of IT. Green Valley and the St. Rose Parkway corridor are full of professional offices, insurance and real estate agencies and medical practices, usually small teams on Microsoft 365 with an accounting or practice application. The Water Street District is the historic downtown around City Hall. West Henderson, around Henderson Executive Airport, has become the city's industrial side: the Raiders' headquarters and Intermountain Health Performance Center sit on Raiders Way, and distribution and light-industrial buildings fill the land toward the airport. Google has committed about $1.2 billion to its Henderson data center on Warm Springs Road. Managed IT here spans office identity and email, warehouse Wi-Fi and scanners, and shift schedules that run well past office hours.
The industries behind Henderson's employers
A state labor-market list of Henderson's largest employers includes the Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican hospital campuses, Republic Services, the M Resort, the Westin at Lake Las Vegas, real estate brokerages and an event-staging company. Each brings its own systems. Medical practices run an EHR and billing system under HIPAA; resorts and restaurants a property-management and point-of-sale system that falls under PCI DSS; brokerages and title firms a transaction-management and e-signature platform full of bank details; and builders working in Inspirada and Cadence a project-management and estimating platform used from job-site tablets. We do not replace those applications. We run the identity, devices, network and backups beneath them, and we deal with the software vendor when the fault is on their side, so your staff are not left relaying error messages between two support lines.
Heat, monsoon storms and backups that leave the valley
Every Henderson continuity plan starts from three facts: summer heat, monsoon flash floods and a power grid that can drop during either. The valley's official station reached 120 degrees in July 2024, and a closet with no cooling of its own, in a building whose air conditioning shuts off at night, can bake switches and batteries well past sunset. Monsoon storms such as the one on July 28, 2022, which cut power to thousands of customers, mostly downtown and in the east valley, take out circuits as often as buildings. Our design for a Henderson office: closet temperature alerts and UPS runtime checks in NinjaOne, a cellular backup line on the firewall, Microsoft 365 as the working copy of files, and a nightly backup stored outside Nevada, so a regional outage cannot take the backup down with the office.
How onboarding works for a Henderson office
Onboarding begins with a conversation with the owner and a week of discovery: NinjaOne goes on each computer, and we read the Microsoft 365 tenant, firewall, carrier contract and backups and list every vendor with access to your systems. In week two you get a written plan covering accounts without multifactor sign-in, PCs still on Windows 10, servers to retire before Windows Server 2016 support ends on January 12, 2027, and any backup that has never been restored. The cutover is staged across weeks three and four, after hours on Pacific time: ThreatDown and Keeper go in, the previous provider's tools come out, and everyone gets a single help desk number plus a Teams channel for requests. Your account manager then puts a monthly report and a quarterly review on the calendar.

Law office: Microsoft 365 with layered security and cloud-to-cloud backup
A 25-attorney firm in the greater New York metro was losing unbillable hours to an outdated file server and an email server that needed weekly attention. NetSys mapped the firm's matters and document workflows first, moved email to Exchange Online and documents to SharePoint and OneDrive in a matter-based structure over a weekend cut-over, layered anti-phishing protection, DNS filtering, multifactor authentication and endpoint protection across attorney devices, and set independent cloud-to-cloud backup of the whole tenant. The firm reported 82% fewer IT support incidents per month within two quarters and about 3.5 hours per attorney per week recovered from IT friction.

What managed IT costs in Henderson
Managed IT is priced per user per month for a fully managed agreement, and the number moves with four things more than with headcount: how many servers you run, whether you need after-hours coverage beyond monitoring, how much compliance documentation you carry, and whether we are co-managing alongside an internal person or running everything. We quote from an assessment, not a phone call, and the agreement runs month to month. What belongs in the monthly fee versus what is billed separately is set out on our managed IT pricing page.
Who this fits, and who it does not
Best fit: 10 to 75 employees, one or two offices plus remote staff, already on Microsoft 365 or ready to move there, and either no internal IT or one person who is underwater.

Managed IT Services in Henderson: FAQs
How does managed IT work for Henderson organizations?
Remotely, with the whole environment under one agreement and one team. Our engineers monitor and patch every computer through NinjaOne, run Microsoft 365 and Intune, watch ThreatDown alerts and check backups daily. Staff call, email or use Teams to reach the help desk between 1 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific any day, and anything severe outside those hours goes to your dedicated engineer. Nobody from NetSys works on site in Henderson: replacement laptops arrive ready for first sign-in, and network equipment arrives configured for your staff or contractor to connect.
How much do managed IT services cost in Henderson, NV?
The fee is per user per month, set after an assessment of your environment, and NetSys does not publish a rate card. For Henderson companies the main factors are the number of servers still in the office, shared or shift devices in clinics and warehouses, compliance work such as HIPAA or PCI DSS evidence, the number of software vendors we coordinate, and whether an in-house person keeps some tasks. Hardware, licenses and projects such as an office move are priced on their own. There is no long-term contract; the agreement continues month to month.
What is included in a managed IT plan for a Henderson business?
The help desk with engineers answering, monitoring and patching for computers and servers, ThreatDown managed detection and response alongside Microsoft Defender for Business, multifactor sign-in and Conditional Access, Barracuda email protection, KnowBe4 awareness training, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, backups with an immutable copy and scheduled restores, documentation in IT Glue, vendor management, and an account manager assigned to you who answers a real cell phone. The proposal lists the exact tools and license tiers. Projects, hardware and licensing sit outside the fee and are quoted when you need them.
Which Nevada security rules apply to a Henderson business?
NRS Chapter 603A is the starting point. Its definition of personal information covers a person's name combined with a Social Security, driver's license or account number, and also with a username or email address and the password to that account, so a stolen login can itself trigger notice duties. Businesses must keep reasonable security, notify affected Nevada residents in the most expedient time possible, and, once a single notice reaches more than 1,000 people, inform the credit bureaus that keep nationwide consumer files. Card-accepting businesses must meet PCI DSS, and clinics add HIPAA. This is general information, not legal advice.
Do you also support our offices elsewhere in Nevada?
Yes, under the same agreement. A company with a Henderson office and a second site in Summerlin, North Las Vegas or Reno gets one Microsoft 365 tenant, one help desk and one set of security policies, with the sites linked by site-to-site VPN between their firewalls. Each location's carrier, circuit and equipment are documented in IT Glue, so whoever answers the call knows which building it is coming from. Our Las Vegas page covers the wider valley, and our Nevada page explains how support works for sites across the state.
