A Contractor's 10 TB Cloud Migration and In-House AI Champion
In December 2025, NetSys helped a contractor migrate 10 TB from on-premises storage to Azure and Dropbox, implement AI and build a custom CRM with an internal champion trained to run it.
The engagement brought together three pieces of work: moving 10 TB of on-premises data to cloud platforms, implementing AI and developing a custom self-hosted CRM.
An internal owner was part of the delivery. NetSys trained an in-house champion and worked alongside that person to build the CRM and put the AI implementation into operation.
The approach
Migrate 10 TB to the cloud
NetSys helped move the contractor's data from on-premises storage to Microsoft Azure and Dropbox in December 2025.
Implement AI
NetSys helped the business implement AI and put automations into use. The engagement included developing the customer's ability to operate those automations internally.
Build the CRM together
NetSys and the in-house champion jointly built a custom self-hosted CRM for the business. The champion participated in its development and now runs it.
Train an internal champion
The person NetSys trained now manages the company's AI automations and custom CRM, giving the business a clear internal owner for the systems.
